BMLegal is founded by me, Bianca Mwangi, an independent attorney-at-law based in Amsterdam with an expertise in project finance. Coming from a background as an attorney-at-law at Loyens & Loeff and Stek and as legal secondee at Rabobank, I now independently provide (interim) legal services to law firms, (the legal department of) corporates and financial institutions, alternative financers and entrepreneurs who attract project financing. I am an experienced and committed finance lawyer and quickly know how to find my way within an organisation.
